For some time now, the KingKong by Starship agency through Lee Dong Wook's official website, has warned about identity theft and Wookie's personal messaging. They are accounts created on both Instagram and Facebook that pose as the actor saying that they are him and that he wants to personally thank his fans for their support, usually in Korean and English. They usually ask to be added to Kakao or Hangouts and even offer to video call.
