Television, Film and Life... Wookie for Arena Magazine

In combination with Zegna's S / S 2021 collection, Arena Homme Plus magazine has published the cover and photo shoot for its March issue, which features the participation of Lee Dong Wook, who attracted attention with his soft charisma, wrapped in a warm Italian air at the point where the end of winter and the beginning of spring meet.

In the interview, Wookie spoke about different topics, such as his previous jobs, his personal and professional goals, as well as taking a little break for himself at this stage in his career.

“For the past few years, I worked almost like an idol. Idols are busy all year round. They release albums and prepare for concerts, but they are also always doing something out of the public eye. I learned how to relate to when they said, ‘I’m so happy to have a week off.’ I was like that” - Lee Dong Wook

Lee Dong Wook also talked about the difference between filming dramas and movies.

“It’s been a while since I did a movie. This time, I didn’t notice a big difference between movie sets and drama sets. Both mediums use the same tools most of the time. Not just the equipment, but the production conditions are similar as well. I think that as these changes continue, it will become meaningless to differentiate between movies and dramas” - Lee Dong Wook

The full interview and more photos from the shoot can be found in the March 2021 issue of Arena Homme Plus magazine.
