What was your ambition as a child?
When I was young, because Korean was so good, I thought about becoming a Korean teacher. Later I thought about being a firefighter because I thought saving lives was a nice thing.
How did you become an actor?
It was a very accidental opportunity to go to the cinema to see a movie. Suddenly, I was curious as to what it would look like if my face were reflected on such a large screen. And when I was young, a lot of people told me that you can become a star, so I thought I could give it a try.
After becoming an actor, when did you start to like acting?
In reality, this is still a problem. When I was young, I became an actor in ignorance of the unknown, when I grew up, I felt that acting became more and more difficult and the pressure increased. Every time I receive a new work, it is difficult for me to act.
Since your debut, have you found the most challenging job?
Ten years ago, I acted in a television series called "Sweet Life." That role was very challenging. I had to try to discover the life experiences of different people around me. It was psychologically difficult, but it wasn't. an actor There is one more feeling.
How do you usually prepare a role?
I will read the script more and then I will feel very lonely. Because to play a role, you have to have in-depth research on the role and repeatedly read the script. There is no one around to help you, so you will feel very lonely and tired. But there is always only one way to prepare, which is to keep reading the script, read it once, read it twice, and read it three times until you find the correct answer.
Although acting is very exhausting, there are also times when it is fun, right?
That is, when you went to the shooting scene after a series of arduous preparations, you were praised by the people who performed on the scene of the opponent, the director and all the staff: You shot very well! I feel very nice right now.
Is there a scene where you have more NG in mind?
There were a lot of NGs when filming "Goblin", but it's not that the filming was wrong, but there will be a lot of improvisations with the actors on the scene, which will be a lot of fun and then they won't be able to, it helps to laugh.
Is it fun to laugh all the time and always NG?
Because the filming environment was very bad at the time, and I often had to stay up late to catch up on the film, so all the staff were really very tired, so they deliberately made everyone laugh. The moment of laughter will indirectly relieve stress and fatigue. But it cannot be too many times, because in this case the filming time will be lengthened.
It seems like the "Goblin" team has a good relationship.
Yes, everyone has a good atmosphere. So far, they have maintained a good relationship, including photography equipment, lighting equipment, and many other equipment.
Having played so many roles, I am curious to know what you are like in real life.
I look a bit real in all roles, but sometimes I have serious moments and sometimes funny moments, which are actually similar to other people's.
When will you see your funny side?
When I am with my friends, or when I want someone to give the impression that I am a very interesting person, I will try to be funny.
I heard you've made a lot of friends with comedians and comedians.
I met a lot of funny actors when I was a soldier and then I became good friends...
What's the biggest difference between your current personality and your old one?
I was more introverted when I was in school, but at work I have to meet a lot of people, so now I'll talk more and be a little more outgoing.
Are you a quiet person in private?
It depends on the situation, but now I am trying to listen and observe more.
What kinds of things will make you laugh and cry?
It seems like the feelings have gotten boring recently and I don't know how to cry or laugh. When you laugh the most, it should be when you see your concubine and your concubine. But I haven't cried for more than two years, besides acting, I don't usually cry.
Do you cry when you watch a movie?

Favorite movie?
If it's a Korean movie, it's "Memories of Murder." When I was young I was very excited after seeing it, I was very stimulated by the director's choreography and the brilliant performance of the actors, I also wanted to do good scenes and become a good actor.
What do you think is the most romantic movie? Why?
"True Love Every Day", I really like the atmosphere of this movie. This is a movie made by the Walking Title production company. I think the movies made by this company are very familiar and emotional. As the actor of "True Love Every Day", although he has the ability to travel to the past through time and space, he believes that living in the present is the most important thing, I agree with this part. In addition, the original soundtrack of the film is also very good.
If you could go back in time, what period would you like to switch to?
I want to go back to when I first debuted, hoping that I can act better.
What do you want to say to yourself at that moment?
Don't be too lazy. At the time, he was only 19 years old and in the third grade of high school. He didn't know what kind of actor he wanted to be. I thought it was amazing and fun to be on television. There are many people who know me and do not appreciate this work. So if I can go back in time, I want to tell myself that I must be more diligent, live harder and intensely, and be stronger in my heart.
Is there a goal you want to achieve in the future?
I hope people can trust me and are willing to come see my works. I want to be a good actor who makes everyone look forward to it.
What are your work plans this year?
I recently shot a new drama about doctors, which is expected to air this year after filming ends. Also, South Korea has the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics this year. I am honored to be the propaganda ambassador for the Pyeongchang Olympics. I hope the Olympics and this new job go well.
Apart from movies, do you usually listen to music?
Yes, I can listen to all kinds of music.
Can you recommend a romantic love song?
Babyface has a long-standing song called "And Our Feelings", which appears to be 25 years old. I suddenly thought of this song recently and have been listening to it.
Is there a special reason?
You know it after listening to it.
What kind of person are you attracted to?
I prefer people who have a less direct personality and listen to the opinions of others. And the idea is more in line with common sense.
Does this apply to making friends or to the opposite sex?
Both of them!
Do you like sweetness?
That is not the case. It does not mean that kindness should be the right person, or that it denies everyone. In general, it must be a person who suits me well.
Since I wanted to be a Korean teacher when I was young, can you teach us a Korean phrase?
Everyone seems to have a good level of Korean at the moment ... By the way, has Taiwan been very cold recently?
Well, the temperature dropped suddenly.
I saw news reports that it seemed to have dropped to 11 degrees and it must have been very cold in Taiwan. So if I'm a Korean teacher, I want to teach everyone "health". I pay a lot of attention to health. Only when I am healthy can I do many things. If I am not healthy, there is nothing I can do.
Do you have any maintenance tips?
Eat and sleep more and then remember to keep exercising.
