How was the shoot today?

Jo Se-ho: very funny. Makes me wonder why we have so much chemistry?

I wonder how you two became friends?

Jo Se-ho: We met before "Roommate", but there was a sense of distance. Then, while we were filming the show, we started seeing each other often. After living like this, I thought I was going to be with this person for a long time.

Lee Dong Wook: you're right! Me too! (laughs).

But there were many other people in "Roommate". What made you two particularly special?

Lee Dong Wook: Oh, the production team asked who you would like to share a room with, so I answered Se-ho. Jo Se-ho's potential for charm was exploding on various shows like "Infinite Challenge", and I thought it would be fun doing it together.

At what point did you realize that this friend was a wonderful person?

Jo Se-ho: Before, frankly, I just thought he was a cool, handsome guy. Later, as the time we spent together increased, I fell in love with his sincere personality and naturally began to consider him a friend.

Lee Dong Wook and Se-ho are really very busy. There are quite a few schedules. When they were recording "Roommate" they were doing about six shows, but it was wonderful to see them work together. Do you feel like you were sacrificing yourself for the show instead of trying to stand out?

Jo Se-ho: I was always in a position to see someone do well while clapping from behind. So it was a bit awkward for someone to clap my hands and pay attention to me. It took me a while to get used to ... But from the first time I met Dong Wook, he was very kind and friendly to me. I was curious to know what kind of person he would be, because he was a good actor and I thought he was a very good person.

What do they usually do when they meet? Where do they go and what do they eat?

Lee Dong Wook: We're going to eat Chinese food ... Well, it's pretty obvious, we're just going to eat.

Jo Se-ho: There are times when I just drink and talk with friends. Then I go to sleep or listen to music ... it's very healthy (laughs).

Do they have similar musical tastes?

Jo Se-ho: they are a little different. I tend to share a lot of good songs with Dong Wook. I am sensitive to trends, but these days I like Hip-Hop. I also listen to songs by Dok2 and Kisum, and I often listen to old singers like Kim Hyun-sik and Jeon In-kwon.

Lee Dong Wook: Se-ho really likes Kim Hyun-sik's songs. I think I listen to "Lovers on the Beach" more than 50 times a day. I collect songs from the 90s and listen to them in the gym.

Jo Se-ho: That's not the end. Dong Wook is very knowledgeable not only in music, but in various fields. He knows everything that I don't know. For example, if you say "What kind of song would be good for this kind of atmosphere?", "Someone's song!" He recommends one, it's really amazing.

Do they have in-depth knowledge in other fields besides music?

Jo Se-ho: This time, we went on a trip to Kobe together and the television was broadcasting Japanese high school baseball. But he even knew the history of Japan high school baseball ... Wow !! ... "How does this brother know all this?", He said.

Lee Dong Wook: because he didn't have a job (laughs).

How would you rate each other's strengths?

Lee Dong Wook: Se-ho accepts the opinions of others well. When seniors, older siblings, colleagues, or the production team point out bugs, I accept them and work hard to fix them. To be honest, it's not easy for a 15-year-old to accept criticism about his own shortcomings. Unfortunately, I wish I could take better care of my health. I exercise and, when I have a break, I rest well at home.

Jo Se-ho: Dong Wook is right, but when I'm resting at home, I get anxious and wonder if I'm falling behind. I think I really wanted to do well at this job. That is why he was disappointed in myself. Now I need to be more careful.

Speaking of which, Se-ho seems like a very diligent guy. Are you two emotional or rational?

Jo Se-ho: Emotional. I have to make good judgments rationally, but my heart is weak ... There is something like this. If there is something I have to do and there is a junior who is worse than me, I help the juniors first. That is why people say that I am on the emotional side.

Lee Dong Wook: I think I'm emotional too. An emotional person who pretends to be very rational? But what I do feel is that as each year goes by, I feel I must be held accountable for my words and actions. And it seems that I am growing.

Jo Se-ho: He's a year older, I learn a lot from seeing this side of Dong Wook while we're around.

Lee Dong Wook: That's what I say. You are a better person than you think, so act confident ... But now I am arrogant! (laughs).

Are you both improvising or contemplating?

Jo Se-ho: I am unconditionally improvising!

Lee Dong Wook: I'm contemplating it.

Jo Se-ho: So that's correct. If I improvise, Dong Wook catches me. My brother thinks too much too, so I encourage him to improvise with me. That part fits well.

The last question. Is there a place you want to go on a trip together one day?

Lee Dong Wook: A place where I can play with water, right?

Jo Se-ho: I want to go to an amusement park with my brother. Get on some rides and some slides.

Lee Dong Wook: Yes, I said that we should go to Everland together. I don't think I've been to an amusement park since high school. He always went there to shoot. But Se-ho felt very sorry for it.

Jo Se-ho: I want to have fun and play like I'm with my older brother and my childhood friends.
